Extension

As part of my appointment at UNL (0.35 FTE) I will be heavily involved in extension activities. The activities will include: participating in extension field day activities, presenting at Crop Production Clinics, presenting at local conferences, working with extension educators, working with extension specialists, working with NRD managers, working with crop consultants, and working with industry partners. Given the huge potential of water savings using the cosmic-ray neutron probe for irrigation agriculture, a goal of mine will be integrating this technology into practice in the state of Nebraska and beyond.
